Everything leaving Netflix in January 2024

In a typical month, Netflix tends to lose its biggest movie titles on the last day. But in January 2024, Netflix is dropping movies left and right throughout the month, including La La Land, BlacKkKlansman, Get Out, Ma, The Killing of a Sacred Deer, Call Me by Your Name, Eat Pray Love, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, and Uncharted.

The intriguing thing about Uncharted’s departure is that it was one of the first movies that fell under Netflix’s current “first window” release with Sony Pictures. Uncharted premiered on Netflix in August 2022, and its stay will be around 17 months. Because Sony has a “second window” deal with Disney, Uncharted will likely move to Hulu within the next month.

Naturally, there are new movies on Netflix to replace some of what we’re losing this month. But the clock is ticking if you’ve been meaning to watch any of these films and you aren’t subscribed to any other streamers.
